We are a small boutique, and while we make every attempt to keep our website updated, occasionally we do sell out of particular items. If an item is no longer available we will notify you via email or phone and you will not be charged for the item. WaggBagg ships items via USPS delivery service to your home or place of business within the continental United States. We apologize that we are unable to ship internationally. The following shipping and handling rates apply:

Online orders may be returned to WaggBagg for store credit or refund within 10 days of receipt of purchases. Items must be in new condition with original tags and sales receipt. Please obtain return authorization by calling 866-909-WAGG to notify us of a return. We are unable to accept worn items or purchases returned after the 10-day period.

WaggBagg will never give out or sell your private information to third parties.
